You will support all aspects of the design-in and revenue generating process for your products. You will provide feedback and direction to your Product Line to drive success with your customers. The Product Marketing Engineer is also responsible for generating a monthly report, providing a rolling financial forecast and contributing to the monthly management report. Other Areas of responsibility include: * Define and execute product promotion and design win programs for the region. * Align target customers with the associated Business Line, Application centers and Sales Account Teams to ensure Design Win and Revenue metrics are achieved. * Maintain a deep understanding regional market including the value chain associated with our Key and Focus customers * Define with CDM the distribution promotional activities to address the wider customer base. * Drive third-party reference design wins * Foster relationships with important trade journals and standards bodies in the region such that NXP can establish thought leadership thru technical articles etc. Local trade show co-ordination Define training programs for our Field Sales Teams, FAEs, Customers and Distributor Partners working with our Training Manager and Applications support teams Develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns with internal resources and external partners to grow our strategic identity in the market. Drive collateral required to support campaigns and overall marketing effort in the region including application sales guide – block diagrams, etc Maintain key project tracking and ensure adequate resources are applied to the projects to successfully win the opportunities. Drive efforts of local Application teams to support targeted applications Provide strategic input to our Business Lines (IPM) on product and technology roadmaps by feeding back customer input Competitor Analysis. Need to be fully aware of our competitors portfolios to be able to driving portfolio changes to stay ahead of competition and to drive Marketing Communication programs to address in the market place.Requirements BSEE as a min. requirement.
